Delete your Social Graph account
You can delete in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
If you cannot use the app, contact us below with the phone number associated with your account. We verify ownership before deleting the cloud account, profile, recommendations, friendships, questions, replies, messages, saves, and invites. Do not send an OTP or password.
Uploaded media cleanup may continue after deletion if storage is unavailable. Operational backups expire under the configured backup retention. Copies already received by other people or developers, device wallets, and your exported backups require separate handling.
Request account deletionRemove selected data without deleting your account
To remove your own recommendation, open Profile → Recommendations and choose Remove on that item. To remove a saved item, open Profile → Saved for later and choose Remove from saved. To delete your own question and its replies, open the question and choose the trash button, then confirm Delete. These controls let you keep your account while removing the selected records. Copies other people already received and operational backups are subject to the retention limits in our privacy policy.
