Get help
Contact the publisher for sign-in problems, privacy questions, account deletion, or moderation concerns. Include a short description and your app version. Never send an OTP, password, recovery key, or private wallet backup.
Report or block
Open safety options on a recommendation or question. Individual discussion messages and replies also have report and block controls. Reporting sends the selected content for review. Blocking changes who can see and interact with your content through the trust graph.
Remove selected data without deleting your account
To remove your own recommendation, open Profile → Recommendations and choose Remove on that item. To remove a saved item, open Profile → Saved for later and choose Remove from saved. To delete your own question and its replies, open the question and choose the trash button, then confirm Delete. These controls let you keep your account while removing the selected records. Copies other people already received and operational backups are subject to the retention limits in our privacy policy.
Account deletion outside the app
Use Request account deletion if you cannot open the app. Include the phone number associated with your account. We verify ownership before removing the cloud account and associated data. An email alone is not proof of account ownership. You can also delete directly: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
